Scott is a visionary leader with over 30 years of experience driving innovation at the intersection of technology and sustainability. As SG’s founder, he’s led the company’s mission to modernize composting through scalable, data-driven systems. Scott’s strategic leadership and deep industry expertise continue to shape SG’s growth, environmental impact, and long-term success.
Brett is a lifelong composting enthusiast and entrepreneur who helps bring Sustainable Generation’s solutions to new markets and underserved communities. He’s passionate about full-circle sustainability and making organic waste valuable for people and the planet.
Scott is a seasoned executive with 20+ years of experience building and scaling businesses across multiple industries. Since joining SG in 2022, he’s helped guide the company’s growth through strategic financial leadership and operational expertise. Scott is a committed team builder and environmental advocate focused on maximizing SG’s impact and long-term value.
Amy brings decades of HR & OD leadership and a passion for sustainability to SG, where she’s focused on building a strong, values-driven team culture. She’s inspired by the impact of composting and the opportunity to help people and the planet thrive together.
With 25+ years in landfill, recycling, and composting operations, Waylon leads SG’s projects with strategic insight and deep technical experience. A longtime GORE® Cover expert, he’s helped grow SG since its early days and is committed to delivering top-tier service and results.
Brad has 20+ years of experience in organics and MSW and is passionate about helping communities divert waste from landfills. He specializes in system selection and customer support, backed by a proven track record of business growth and industry partnerships.
With 15+ years in waste and recycling, Cesar has led California's MRF, transfer station, and compost operations. Known for building efficient organics programs and mentoring future composters, he’s passionate about helping teams succeed and scaling sustainable systems.
Aaron brings 10+ years of landfill and composting expertise, including year-round operations in subarctic climates. A certified PME trainer and equipment operator, he now leads SG’s Canadian technical efforts. He is driven by a passion for improving compost sites and expanding SG technology nationwide.
With a background in logistics and a passion for technology, Justis brings hands-on problem-solving and a strong work ethic to SG’s operations team. He’s studying computer programming and is excited to grow his career in composting and sustainability.
Ernest (Rozco) Orozco serves as Warehouse Coordinator at Sustainable Generation®, bringing over 20 years of experience in customer support, logistics, and operations. His interest in sustainability developed as he recognized the essential role that logistics plays in supporting environmental innovation, ensuring that materials and systems arrive on time, in top condition, and ready to drive real impact. Ernest takes pride in being part of a mission that transforms waste into resources and supports more resilient communities.
