With a strong background in customer service, Rozco has built a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and problem-solving under pressure. He has led projects through complex shipping schedules, managed high-volume inventory systems, and ensured that every detail, from packaging to carrier coordination, aligns with both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. At SG, Rozco oversees inbound and outbound logistics, supports project timelines, and plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of equipment and materials to customers across North America and Oceanian. He also ensures all logistics-related data is accurately captured in the company’s CRM, supporting transparency and alignment across departments.

Outside of work, Rozco enjoys spending time with his wife and three children ages 17, 19, and 25. He is also passionate about giving back to his community. He coaches high school football and mentors youth, roles that reflect his commitment to leadership, teamwork, and helping the next generation grow with purpose.
