Waylon Pleasanton

Waylon is an experienced composter who has been operating the GORE® Cover technology since 2006. As an important member of the SG team since 2013, he is responsible for project management, post-sales service support as well as customer implementation of demonstration projects. Prior to this, he was the Quality Control Manager at the Wilmington Organic Recycling Center in Wilmington, DE and before that, the Facilities Operations Supervisor for the Delaware Solid Waste Authority’s Cherry Island facility where he was responsible for yard waste composting using the GORE® Cover mobile systems. Waylon attended San Jose State University, the University of Delaware, and Delaware Technical and Community College where he studied Civil Engineering.
