Justis Mendoza serves as Technician at Sustainable Generation\u00ae assisting our service and operations team with a strong work ethic, a deep curiosity about technology, and a growing passion for environmental sustainability. His interest in composting developed over time as he recognized the industry’s unique ability to address climate challenges through practical, scalable solutions. Drawn to the intersection of technology and environmental impact, Justis is enthusiastic about contributing to SG’s mission while gaining hands-on experience in the field.<\/p>\n

Starting his professional journey at 17, Justis built a solid foundation through supervisory roles in retail logistics and automotive detailing, where he was recognized as a Most Valuable Employee for his leadership and reliability. He brings that same level of discipline and dependability to SG’s technical field operations, supporting equipment commissioning, service work, and on-site customer needs. He is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in computer programming-training that complements his technical mindset and aligns with SG’s commitment to data-driven, digital solutions.<\/p>\n

At SG, Justis is known for his attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. He approaches every project with a growth mindset and a strong belief in the power of meaningful, mission-driven work.<\/p>\n
