Cesar’s career has spanned nearly every aspect of the industry, from supervising material recovery facilities (MRFs) and transfer stations to optimizing compost operations and managing C&D (construction and demolition) lines. Cesar has a wealth of experience in equipment operation, maintenance, and process efficiency. He is certified to operate a wide range of machinery including loaders, dozers, roll-off trucks, and balers. Whether calibrating compost recipes or training a new crew, he brings a deep respect for the people behind the process and a strong belief in mentorship: “If you teach and share your knowledge, it will be paid back a hundred times over.”<\/p>\n
At SG, Cesar plays a critical role in commissioning new composting facilities, supporting customer pilot programs, and guiding operational teams through the implementation of best-in-class practices. He takes pride in developing scalable systems that not only perform effectively from the start but continue to improve and evolve.<\/p>\n
